Below you will find quickplay army lists for Alien Hives from Grimdark Future: Firefight.

Sixbug (300pts)

This is a v2.50 list you can build using one Genestealer Brood box from Games Workshop, or any other models of your choice.

A glass cannon list to rival even Elves. A minimum of 40 points on a single wound model with middling defense, but gets into melee very quickly and murders whatever it touches. Spell-wise, buff your allies if nothing is in range round one, then just use Psychic Blast unless you can hit two units with Shriek. Deadly almost never has any wasted effect in Firefight, as the wounds that would kill a single-wound model and then have the remaining wounds evaporate in the Battle-scale game are all applied to the model in Firefight, increasing the chance of a KO.

Alien Hives Psychic Spells

Terror (4+): Target 2 enemy units within 12” get -2 to their next morale test.

Psychic Blast (4+): Target enemy unit within 6” takes 1 hit with AP(2) and Deadly(3).

Animate Flora (5+): Target 2 friendly units within 6” get Flying next time they activate.

Shriek (5+): Target 2 enemy units within 6” take 4 hits with AP(1) each.

Infuse Life (6+): Target friendly unit within 12” gets Regeneration next time it takes wounds.

Overwhelm (6+): Target enemy model within 12” takes 3 hits with AP(4).
