Below you will find quick-play army lists for the TAO Coalition from Grimdark Future.

Combat Patrol Tau (750pts)

This is a v2.50 list you can build using the Combat Patrol: Tau Empire box by Games Workshop, or any other models of your choice.

Hide your Grunts well - its likely the only unit you have on the table round one. But, you're almost certainly going to go first the next round - mark something for your heavy suit to blow up when it drops, as the +1 bonus applies to the entirety of a shooting round - and 3+ shooting on a model like that is very good.

++ TAO Coalition [750pts] ++

Pulse Carbine (18", A2, AP(1))

5x Pulse Carbines (18", A2, AP(1))

5x CCWs (A1)

Heavy Stealth Suit [1] Q4+ D2+ | 365pts | Ambush, Fear, Stealth, Tough(12)

1x Heavy Ion Carbine (18", A1, Blast(6), AP(1))

1x Twin Burst Carbine (18", A6, Rending)

1x Suit Fists (A4, AP(1))

1x Stomp (A4, AP(1)),

Special Rules

Good Shot - This model shoots at Quality 4+.

Spotting Laser - This model may try to mark an enemy instead of firing one of its weapons. Pick one unit within 30” and in line of sight and roll one die, on a 4+ it’s marked. Friendly units may remove markers from their target to get +X to hit rolls when shooting, where X is the number of removed markers.

Volley Fire - The hero and its unit count as having the Relentless special rule.
