(Updated the 1000 pts quickplay list to match the rules for 3.4.1. I had to remove a Grunt Squad to reduce the point cost of the list. I added a spotter drone to the remaining Grunt Squad.)

Combat Patrol Tau (1000pts)

This is a v3.4.1 list you can build using the Combat Patrol: Tau Empire box by Games Workshop, or any other models of your choice.

Hide your Grunts well - its likely the only unit you have on the table round one. But, you're almost certainly going to go first the next round - mark something for either of your suit units to blow up when it drops, as the +1 bonus applies to the entirety of a shooting round - and 3+ or 2+ shooting on a model like that is very good.
