Below you will find quickplay army lists for Mummified Undead from Age of Fantasy.

Note: as v2.50 is in constant development the following might not be accurate.

Empire of Dust (500pts)

This is a v2.50 army you can build using the Empire of Dust Army from Mantic Games' Kings of War, or any other models of your choice.

You'll need to use the spears to represent halberds - there aren't enough free points for the extra 40 it would take to get spears, and it might be a bit much to include Phalanx in such a small point level game.

Blade Curse on your Priest is extremely good - Poison on Q5 models means half the hits you get are Poisonous, and its an easy 3+ cast that applies to two units. Your Protection spell is also quite nice - anything helps when the only thing higher than a 5+ is your hero on their own. Spells are also your only source of AP damage except your hero's melee weapon, so you may need to bet on Desiccation going off to kill something. Particularly useful versus Eternal Wardens and Ogres.

Special Rules

Cursed Ammo - Ignores all negative modifiers to hit rolls when shooting.

Undead - Whenever this unit takes a morale test, it is passed automatically. Then, roll as many dice as remaining models/tough in the unit, and for each result of 1-2 the unit takes one wound, which can’t be regenerated.

Mummified Undead Spells

Blade Curse (4+): Target 2 friendly units within 6” get Poison next time they fight in melee.

Storm of Skulls (4+): Target enemy unit within 6” takes 3 hits with AP(2).

Protection (5+): Target 2 friendly units within 12” get +1 to defense next time they take hits.

Desiccation (5+): Target enemy unit within 6" takes 1 hit with AP(4) and Deadly(3).

Smiting (6+): Target friendly unit within 12” gets Impact(1) next time it charges.

Vengeance (6+): Target enemy unit within 6” rolls as many dice as models in it, and takes 1 hit for each 2+ rolled.
